Valley reports
VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley on Monday. According to Valley Police Department reports,
Teresa Vines Billingslea, 44, of Lanett has been charged with theft of services, third degree;
Jesse Rogers, 27, of Auburn, Ala. has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree, and
David Lee Davis, 43, of Valley has been charged with two counts of failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related charges.
In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, criminal mischief, second degree, was reported on the 100 block of Patton Hill.

LANETT — Two people were arrested in Lanett on Monday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,
Teresa Vines Billingslea, 44, of Lanett has been charged with theft by deception, second degree, and
Vandal Ross, 45, of Lanett has been charged with possession of marijuana, first degree.
In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, attempting to elude a police officer was reported on the 1500 block of 21st Avenue SW; criminal mischief, third degree, was reported on the 1100 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway; shooting into an occupied dwelling was reported on the 400 block of North 12th Court, and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 600 block of North 14th Court.

LaFAYETTE — One person was arrested in Chambers County on Monday. According to CCSO reports,
Randall Boyd, 26, of Wedowee, Ala. has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
WEST POINT reports
WEST POINT — An incident of criminal trespassing and striking a fixed object was reported on Progress Boulevard.
