Valley reports

VALLEY — Eight people were arrested in Valley over the weekend. According to Valley Police Department reports,

› Ruben M. Simpson, 49, of West Point, Ga. has been charged with driving under the influence;

› Clay Orian Streetman, 48, of Valley has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree;

› George Eddie Chambers, 29, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

› Serquinna Shanika Frazier, 39, of Opelika, Ala. has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree;

› Susan Jane Mason, 56, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

› Meko Washington, 42, of Valley has been charged with public intoxication;

› Crystal Hutchinson, 35, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree, and

› Dustin Blaine Coker, 37, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree, resisting arrest and obstructing a governmental operation.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, property damage was reported near mile marker 75 in the north-bound lane of I-85, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported in the 1400 block of Ben Brown Road, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue, criminal mischief, first degree, was reported on the 1400 block of River Road, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, first degree, were reported on the 100 block of River Road.

LaFAYETTE — Five people were arrested in Chambers County over the weekend. According to CCSO reports,

› Jeterrio Glynntavious Booker, 28, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer child support charges;

› Kennedy Ray Briskey, 53, of LaFayette has been charged with public intoxication;

› Brandon Chase Faison, 35, of Auburn, Ala. has been charged with FTA – speeding;

› Brandon Michael Gage, 20, of Montgomery, Ala. has been charged with not having a permit to carry a pistol in a vehicle or a concealed on person permit, and

› Dexter Wayne Bulger, 41, of LaFayette has been charged with FTA – domestic violence.

WEST POINT reports

WEST POINT — Three people were arrested in West Point over the weekend. According to West Point Police Department reports,

› Michael Adam Black of Luthersville, Ga. has been charged with larceny and

› Kenisha Lakeisha Ward of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with theft by taking.

› Javonnie Raphael Trammell of West Point has been charged with simple battery.

In an incident being investigated by West Point officers, criminal trespassing was reported on East 8th Street.
