West Point reports

WEST POINT — Six men were arrested in West Point on Thursday on charges of fel0ny possession of marijuana with intent to sell. According to a West Point Police Department report, those persons arrested include LaFranco V. McCullough, Lakeithin M. Buckner, Jamontez J. Cofield, Messeiar Ramon Bonner, Kellavious D. Murphy and Stefone Pernell Stafford,

In unrelated incidents, four other people were arrested in West Point on Tuesday. They include:

William Tell Young of Valley, charged with failure to appear in court;

Shuntavious Tequez Buckner, charged with battery against a pregnant female;

Eric Stafford, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Troup County;

Maricio Vachon Baldwin of Columbus, Ga., charged with driving with a suspended license.

Sheriff’s office reports

LaFAYETTE — Four people were arrested in Chambers County on Thursday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports.

Jessica Michelle Jozefyk, 30, of West Palm Beach, Fla. has been charged with a probation violation and identity theft;

Altito Lee Mosely, 42, of Roanoke, Ala. has been charged with four counts of negotiating with worthless instruments (bad checks);

Benjamin Striblin, 41, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – possession of a controlled substance, and

Richard Hilton Tomlin, 64, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – the use/possession of drug paraphernalia, FTA – the unlawful distribution/furnishing of a controlled substance, FTA – possession of marijuana, second degree, FTA – possession/receiving a controlled substance and FTA – illegal possession of prescription medication.

There were 171 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Friday morning.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley on Thursday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Tammy C. Rowe, 50, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – public intoxication;

Antravoski Demarquez Brown, 23, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

Rachel Vickie Tapley, 35, of Valley has been charged with criminal mischief, second degree.
