LANETT — Five people were arrested in Lanett over the weekend. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Jason Everett Madden, 39, of Lanett has been charged with making terroristic threats;

Key Lavonne Barrow, 57, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

Tyler Wayne Johnson, 22, of Lanett has been charged with possession of marijuana;

Thurbert Paul Hall, 57, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree. and

Tenjenio Demontue Sharpe, 37, of Lanett has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, harassing communications and criminal trespassing, third degree, were reported on the 6600 block of 19th Street SW, theft of property, first degree, was reported on the 3700 block of 42nd Street SW, criminal mischief, third degree, and criminal trespassing, third degree, were reported on the 200 block of South 2nd Avenue, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 200 block of South 11th Street, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 500 block of North Gilmer Avenue, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 300 block of South 1st Avenue, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 4200 block of 28th Avenue SW, theft of property, second degree, was reported on the 1900 block of 16th Street SW, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 1100 block of 15th Place SW, breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property, first degree, was reported on the 2300 block of South Broad Avenue, and domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 100 block of East 22nd Street.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Four people were arrested in Valley over the weekend. According to Valley Police Department reports.

Arsenio Lawrren Floyd, 28, of Cusseta, Ala. has been charged with assault, third degree, and criminal mischief, third degree;

Aimee Fowler, 36, of Valley has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related charges;

Morrell Pattterson, 26, of Smiths Station, Ala. has been charged with the unauthorized use of a vehicle, and

Brian Daniel Lucas, 42, of Gulf Shores, Ala. has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.

In incidents being investigated by Valley Police Department officers, physical harassment and criminal mischief, third degree, were reported on the 200 block of Peterson Street, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 6300 block of 19th Avenue, theft of lost property, fourth degree, was reported on the 500 block of Fob James Drive and harassment was reported on the 100 block of Sydney Street.

Sheriff’s reports

LaFAYETTE — Four people were arrested in Chambers County over the weekend. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Samantha Mary Gann, 28, of Opelika, Ala. has been charged with a grand jury indictment of theft of property, first degree;

Key L. Barrow, 57, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – child support;

Shuntavious T. Buckner, 29, of Valley has been charged with a probation violation, and

Carterio Mashon Harris, 25, of Valley has been charged with FTA – expired tag and FTA – no insurance.

There were 164 inmates in the Chambers County jail Monday morning.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point over the weekend. According to West Point Police Department reports,

Regina Jackson of West Point has been charged with simple battery.

In incidents being investigated by West Point officers, an auto theft was reported on MLK Drive and incidents of criminal trespassing were reported on 5th Avenue, Progress Boulevard and on Highway 18.
