Valley reports

VALLEY — Two people were arrested in Valley on Monday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

4 Jamey Barker, 39, of Valley has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree, and

4 Trevarian Tyrese Goodman, 19, of Opelika, Ala. has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, theft of property, first degree, was reported on the 1300 block of Valley Industrial Boulevard and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue.

Sheriff’s office  reports

LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Monday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports.

4 Jason Allen Davis, 34, of Valley has been charged on a Troup County felony warrant for being a fugitive from justice, and

4 James Mundy, 40, of Smiths Station, Ala. has been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, second degree.

There were 168 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Tuesday morning.

Lanett reports

LANETT — One person was arrested in Lanett on Monday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

4 William Shane Guy, 40, of Valley has been charged with criminal trespassing, first degree.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, harassing communications was reported on the 1100 block of East 1st Avenue, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, fourth degree, were reported on the 600 block of South 1st Avenue, criminal trespassing, third degree, was reported on the 600 block of South 5th Avenue, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 1200 block of South 10th Street, and possession of a forged instrument, second degree, was reported on the 2800 block of South Phillips Road.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point on Monday. According to West Point Police Department reports,

4 Clayton Reesor of Lanett has been charged with possession of illegal drugs.
