VALLEY —Mrs. Mary Kate Fulghum Hendricks, 96, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at her home in Valley, Ala.

Mrs. Hendricks was born on March 14, 1922 to the late Memory Rivers and Addie Moore Fulghum.

She was preceded in death by all of her sisters, brothers, mothers and husband, Fred Hendricks.

Mrs. Hendricks was seamstress and homemaker for most of her life.  She and her husband enjoyed travelling and camping in their RV.

Mrs. Hendricks is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 2 p.m. EDT at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home chapel in Valley with interment following in Resthaven Cemetery.   The Rev. Donny Sanders will officiate.  Her family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1 p.m. EDT until the service hour.
