VALLEY — Mrs. Patricia Booker, 75, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Ala. Mrs. Booker was born June 9, 1943 in Gastonia, N.C. to David Aubney McKeehan and Annie Lee Phillips McKeehan. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church in Valley and enjoyed arts and crafts, sharing them with her friends and family.

Mrs. Booker was preceded in death by her parents, David Aubney and Annie Lee McKeehan.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Booker of Valley; children Barry Booker and Danny Booker, both of Birmingham Ala.; Buford (Ellie) McKeehan, and Louise Cantrell of Valley; Jeanette (Victor) Crenshaw, Hogansville, Ga. and Jeffery McKeehan, Valley; grandchildren James McKeehan, April Williams, Danny Crenshaw, Vickie Crenshaw, Nathan Crenshaw, Erica Crenshaw, Dustin Booker, Bradley Booker, Heather Evans and Angela Crenshaw. Mrs. Booker also had eight great grandchildren.

Mrs. Booker was retired but had previously worked at WestPoint Stevens’ Fairfax and Langdale Mills.

Services for Mrs. Booker will be on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 2 p.m. EDT at Midway Baptist Church, Valley with the Rev. Terry Wood officiating.
