LaFAYETTE — Three people were arrested in Chambers County on Thursday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

› Christopher Michael Colley, 46, of Valley has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer child support charges;

› Robert Lorenza Kirby, 48, of Five Points, Ala. has been charged with FTA – possession of precursor chemicals, and

› Jason Matthew Kirkland, 24, has been charged with a grand jury indictment for assault, second degree.

A total of 164 inmates were in the Chambers County jail on Friday morning.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley on Thursday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

› Nathan Van Foster, 50, of Valley has been charged with FTA – traffic;

› Christopher Michael Calloway, 46, of LaFayette has been charged using false identity to obstruct justice;

› Tenjenio Demontue Sharpe, 37, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – traffic.

In an incident being investigated by Valley officers, the fraudulent use of a debit/credit card was reported on the 6400 block of 22nd Avenue,

West Point reports

WEST POINT — In an incident being investigated by West Point Police Department officers, criminal trespassing and simple battery were reported on Avenue K on Thursday.
