Valley reports

VALLEY — Five people were arrested in Valley on Monday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

› Da’Quarious R. Johnson, 18, of Lanett has been charged with domestic violence, third degree, and criminal mischief, third degree;

› Tracy S. Davis, 36, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related charges;

› James Edward McCullough, 44, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

› Jonathan Clayton Mitchell, 52, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

› Hezekiah Morgan of Valley has been charged with criminal trespassing, first degree.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, burglary, third degree, and the unauthorized use of  a motor vehicle were reported on the 100 block of Sydney Street, theft by deception was reported on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue, and property damage was reported on the 6000 block of 20th Avenue.

LANETT — Four people were arrested in Lanett on Monday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

› Tia Marie Fleming, 24, of Valley has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;

› Detreile O’Monte Devon Jones, 22, of Lanett has been charged with making terrorist threats and theft of property, fourth degree;

› Da’quarious Renaetez Johnson, 18, of Lanett has been charged with domestic violence, third degree, and criminal mischief, third degree, and

› Anthony Tyrone Walker, 46, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, domestic violence, third degree, was reported in the 600 block of South 3rd Avenue, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported in the 1100 block of South Gilmer Avenue, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, first degree, were reported on the 4800 block of South Phillips Road, and reckless endangerment was reported in the south-bound lanes of I-85 around mile marker 79.

LaFAYETTE — Four  people were arrested in Chambers County on Monday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

› Dantavius Brooks, 33, of LaFayette has been charged with failure to pay child support;

› Allen Reed, 38, of Tallassee, Ala. has been charged with FTA – driving with a revoked license;

› Valente Cotton, 27, of Valley has been charged with failure to pay on a charge of driving with a suspended license, and

› Anthony Walker, 46, of Lanett has been charged with four counts of failing to obey a judge’s order.

LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in LaFayette on Monday. According to LaFayette Police Department reports,

› Mario Bell, 35, has been charged with harassment, and

› Dantavious Brooks, 32, has been charged with domestic violence, third degree, and domestic violence by strangulation.

In incidents being investigated by LaFayette officers, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on Hilltop, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on 1st Avenue SW, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on 1st Avenue SE and harassment was reported on 6th Place SE.
