Lanett reports
LANETT — Two people were arrested in Lanett on Monday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,
› Rachael Michelle Russell, 27, of Opelika, Ala. has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and
› Jarquavious Lashon Darden, 25, of Cusseta, Ala. has been charged with possession of marijuana, second degree, and not having a required firearm license.
In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, theft by deception, fourth degree, was reported in the 1300 block South Gilmer Avenue, domestic violence, third degree, and theft of property, fourth degree, were reported in the 200 block of North 9th Avenue, and domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 1200 block of North 13th Street.
Valley reports
VALLEY — Two people were arrested in Valley on Monday. According to Valley Police Department reports,
› Rachael Michelle Russell, 27, of Opelika has been charged with three counts of bail jumping, and
› Gabriel Lee Millaway, 33, of Lanett has been charged with violation of a protection order.
In incidents being investigated by Valley police officers, criminal mischief, third degree, was reported on the 4300 block of 20th Avenue, and theft of property, fourth degree, and attempting to elude were reported on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue.
Sheriff’s office reports
LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Monday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,
› Kevin Lee Lashley, 18, of LaFayette has been charged with harassment, and
› Mario M. Farrow, 39, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay for driving without his seatbelt on.
There were 176 inmates in the Chambers County jail Tuesday morning.
LaFayette reports
LaFAYETTE — In incidents that are being investigated by the LaFayette Police Department, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on LaFayette Street North, menacing was reported on Alabama Avenue West, domestic violence, third degree, and harassment were reported in the Jenkins Apartments.
West Point reports
WEST POINT — In an incident that’s being investigated by West Point Police Department officers, theft by taking was reported on East 6th Street.
