Valley reports

VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley on Monday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Johnnie Dawson, 74, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;

Louise Shaver, 74, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree, and

Larry Beddington, 39, of Valley has been charged with receiving stolen property, fourth degree.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, theft of property, third degree, was reported on the 5500 block of 16th Avenue and burglary, third degree, and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 2900 block of 21st Avenue.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point on Monday. According to West Point Police Department reports,

Travis Martin of Pine Mountain, Ga. has been charged with driving with a suspended license.

In incidents being investigated by West Point officers, burglary was reported on Avenue G, aggravated assault reported on East 10th Street and criminal trespassing reported on Highway 18.

Lanett reports

LANETT — Lanett Police Department officers are investigating several incidents that were reported on Monday. According to LPD reports, the unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 1600 block of 21st Street SW, theft of property, fourth degree, reported on the 600 block of South 2nd Avenue, criminal trespassing, second degree, reported on the 2000 block of South Broad Avenue, criminal mischief, third degree, reported on the 1000 block of East 3rd Avenue and robbery, first degree, reported on the 100 block of North Gilmer Avenue.

Sheriff’s office reports

LaFAYETTE — One person was arrested in Chambers County on Monday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Destiny Jene Terry, 43, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with failure to pay on a drug possession charge.

A total of 169 inmates were at the Chambers County jail Tuesday morning.
