LaFAYETTE — William Jason Hill, 38, of LaFayette, Ala. died Saturday September 29, 2018. Jason was born in Lee County, Ala. on February 20, 1980 to Ronald Wade Hill, Sr. and Brenda Mickle Murray. He was a member of the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church in LaFayette and was employed as parts manager at King Ford in Valley, Ala. He loved to hunt and fish with his father Ronnie and brother Jeff Hinkle. He was an avid Auburn football fan and loved to watch the games and many other sports with his brother Ronald Hill. Funeral services will be held Wednesday October 3, 2018 at 3 p.m. CDT at the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church with burial to follow at the LaFayette City Cemetery. The Rev. Paul Howard will officiate.  Visitation will be held Wednesday at the church from 1 p.m. till 3 p.m., prior to the service.

Mr. Hill is survived by his father, Ronnie (Kathy) Hill of LaFayette; his mother, Brenda Murray of LaFayette; his son, Will Hill of Lanett; brothers Ronald Hill of LaFayette, Jeff Hinkle of Cusseta, Ala., step sister Autumn Tanner of Dadeville, Ala.; nieces and nephews Jared Hinkle, Leslie Hinkle, Alli  Baxley, Abbi Baxley, Alex Baxley and Austin Goggins. He was preceded  in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William (Bud) Mickle and Mr. and Mrs. Wade Hill.
