FIVE POINTS, Ala. — Mrs. Betty Jerine Griffin, 74, of Five Points died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at Sweet Home Baptist Church, Five Points, on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018 at 1 p.m. CDT with Rev. L. B. Houston officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the church from 12 noon CDT until the funeral hour. Public viewing will be at Vines Funeral Home, Friday, Oct. 19, 2018 from noon until 6 p.m. CDT.

Mrs. Griffin is survived by one son, Theodore Roosevelt Griffin III, Five Points; four daughters, Anita Gardner, Houston, TX, Larita Lees (Tony), Wilmington, N.C., Latoya Griffin (Sherico), LaGrange, Ga. and Victoria Griffin, Atlanta, Ga.; one sister, Linda Lambert, Mesa, Arizona; one brother, Russell Lambert Jr., Jacksonville, Fla.; three grandsons, four great granddaughters, four great grandsons and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
