LANETT — Mr. Willie Lee Dunn Sr., 64, of Lanett, Ala. died Friday, Nov. 23, 2018 at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Ala.

He leaves to cherish his memories his lovely wife, Sara Dunn of Lanett; his son, Willie Lee Dunn Jr.; his daughter, Sasakia Davis, all of Lanett; seven grandchildren, Wanesha Dunn, D’Qwentin Billingsley, D’Qwarius Billingsley, Tyzavious Dunn, Mikel Dunn, Sonterrius Dunn, and Quanesha Lakendra Broughton; one brother, Tommy Lee Woody of Lanett; three sisters, Shirley Ann (Sammy) Cleaves, Atlanta, Ga.; Louretha Buckhanon, Valley and Ella Ree Evans, Washington, D.C.; one brother-in-law, Al David (Martha) Booker, Fort Wayne, Ind.; one sister-in-law, Betty (Claude) Smith of Snellville, Ga. and a special aunt, Ms. Hattie Ingram.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. EST on Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 at Mount Hermon Baptist Church in Lanett with Dr. Lamar Johnson, pastor and eulogist, Pastor Elijah Jackson Jr., Bishop Donald Lancaster, Pastor Bertha Hodge and Pastor John Flournoy presiding. Burial will follow at the Pine Hill Cemetery in Lanett. Public viewing will take place from 1 to 7 p.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 29  at Foreman Funeral Home in Valley.
