Sheriff’s Reports

LaFAYETTE — Five people were arrested in Chambers County on Tuesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Nicholas Brandon Denham, 31, of Forest Park, Ga. has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer a charge of possession of a controlled substance;

Gartavious Jackson, 30, of Valley has been charged with failure to pay – child support;

Candace Lynn Chandler, 27, of Auburn, Ala. has been charged with a probation violation – possession of a controlled substance and FTA – two counts of possession of a controlled substance, theft of property, third degree, theft of property, fourth degree, driving with a suspended license and driving with an expired tag;

Temini Cherron Wallace, 45, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with grand jury indictments for resisting arrest, obstruction of justice by a false identity, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and person forbidden to carry a firearm;

Terry Allen Standish, 60, of Five Points, Ala. has been charged with trespassing, third degree, and permitting livestock to run at large.

Lanett Reports

LANETT — Three people were arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports;

Gartavis Roshade Jackson, 30, of Valley has been charged with three counts of FTA – traffic;

Meko Leshun Washington, 43, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

Monique Shanay Davis, 30, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 500 block of North 8th Avenue, theft of property, second degree, and the unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle were reported on the 200 block of South 3rd Avenue, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 1400 block of South 7th Street and harassing communications was reported on the 1800 block of South Phillips Road.

West Point Reports

WEST POINT — Three people were arrested in West Point on Tuesday. According to West Point Police Department reports,

Ikeam Donnell Tolbert of Columbus, Ga. has been charged with hit and run and duty of a driver to stop or return to the scene of an accident;

Tycasa Fleshar Ashad Marshall of Lanett has been charged on an FTA warrant from the LaGrange Police Department, and

Shareka Culpepper of West Point has been charged with computer forgery.
