Valley reports

VALLEY — Four people were arrested in Valley on Thursday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Timothy Michael Ussery, 40, of LaFayette has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;

Key Pruitt, 30, of Valley has been charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and attempting to elude;

Justin Orlando Jones, 21, of Valley has been charged with possession of marijuana, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and

Scottie Briskey, 39, of Valley has been charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

In an incident being investigated by Valley officers, burglary, third degree, theft of property, third degree, and criminal mischief, third degree, were reported on the 100 block of Martin Luther King Drive.

Lanett reports

LANETT — Three people were arrested in Lanett on Thursday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Morris Walker, 50, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

Valentte Rashad Cotton, 28, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

James Lashon Whitlow, 44, of Lanett has been charged with four counts of bail jumping, second degree.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, identity theft was reported on the 300 block of South 3rd Avenue and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 1700 block of 16th Avenue SW.

Sheriff reports

LaFAYETTE — Four people were arrested in Chambers County on Thursday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Steven Brian Sanders, 42, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay – the illegal purchase of ephedrine;

D’Angelo Michael Harden, 30, of Orlando, Fla. has been charged with identity theft;

Brittany Nicole Norris, 30, of Valley has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree, burglary, third degree, and probation violation – burglary, and

Ricardo Deshaun Giddens, 37, of LaFayette has been charged with four counts of failure to pay child support.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point on Thursday. According to West Point Police Department reports,

Patricia Gooden of Lanett has been charged with battery.

In incidents being investigated by West Point officers, entering an auto was reported on Northview Drive and card fraud reported on West 9th Street.

Lafayette reports

LaFAYETTE — One person was arrested in LaFayette on Thursday. According to LaFayette Police Department reports,

Christian T. Sieve, 25, has been charged with the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

In incidents being investigated by LaFayette officers, burglary and theft of property was reported on LaFayette Street North, harassment was reported at the Jenkins Apartments, the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle reported on B Street SW and harassment was reported on LaFayette Street South.
