VALLEY — Mrs. Luvester Evans, 92, of Valley, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019 at her home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019, 2 p.m. EST at the Church of Christ in Lanett with Bro. Robert Ellison officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery in Lanett.
Mrs. Evans is survived by three daughters, Letha Baker (Leon) of Beulah, Barbara Evans and Ethel Evans, both of Valley; one brother, Walter James of Boston, Mass.; seven grandchildren, Lamar Evans of Lanett, Carlos Pullen and Marco Evans of LaFayette, Lisa Evans, NaKia Evans, LuVester A. Evans and Cedric Evans, all of Valley; eight greatgrandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
