Three Valley residents arrested in drug bust

Three Valley residents were arrested on drug charges Thursday following the search of a home on Plantation Road in Valley.

Richard Nolen Foster, 40, Kimberly Anne Templeton, 39, and Jillian Ray Larkin, 39, were arrested and charged with intent to distribute a controlled substance (meth), unlawful possession of a controlled substance (meth), unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, unlawful possession of marijuana 1st and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Agents of the Chambers County Drug Task Force/Alabama Drug Enforcement Drug Task Force (Region D) and the Chambers County Multi-Jurisdictional SWAT Team executed a search warrant at the home of Robert Nolen Foster at 1083 Plantation Road in Valley, according to a press release from the drug task force.

Agents seized handguns, surveillance equipment, methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, according to the press release.

All three were transported to the Chambers County Detention Facility.
