OPELIKA — Mr. Barry Daniel Price, 45, of Opelika passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019, at 11 a.m. EST from Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10 until 11 a.m. EST at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Melissa Price; mother, Adell Thrower; step-mother, Susie Price; children Ashley, Michael and Breanna Hamby; grandchildren Emma Smith and Addisyn Michael; a sister, Paula Hamby; step-sister Angela McDaniel; two step-brothers, David and Eddie Carter; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews, including, Abby Hamby, Grace Alderson, and Taylor Alderson.  He was preceded in death by his father, William Daniel Price, and his step-father, Eddie Thrower.

Mr. Price enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his girls. He liked to fish, go camping and to travel.
