LANETT — Mrs. Charlene Danford White, 67, of Lanett passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019, at the EAMC -Lanier Hospital in Valley, Ala.  She was born on December 20, 1951, in Langdale, Ala.

Mrs. White is survived by her husband, Danny L. White; her two children, Tami Bailey and Timothy Craven; her two step­children, Jason White and Anthony White; her brother, Joey Danford; her two grandchildren, John Stieber and Dalton Arrington.

Mrs. White was a member of Central Baptist Church in Lanett.  She was a gospel singer with a beautiful voice. She loved her dogs and to write poetry.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 11 a.m. EDT at Central Baptist Church in Lanett.
