FORT WALTON BEACH – Mrs. Linda Lee Pearce passed away March 28, 2019, at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. surrounded by family and friends.

Mrs. Pearce was born in West Point on June 22, 1948, to the late Robert Lee and Ramona Lee. She attended the University of Alabama and was a die-hard Alabama fan. First and foremost, she was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as “Ganny” or “Ga-Ga” for short.

Mrs. Pearce is survived by her husband AL Pearce; two daughters, Dana Pearce and Paige Pearce (Tim Kincaid), all of Fort Walton Beach; her mother, Ramona Lee of Lanett; brother Bobby (Susan)Lee; sisters Vickie (Richard) King of Lanett, Teena (Steven) Sorrell of Valley; grandchildren Marc Pearce, Justin Ware, Lexi Landers, Courtney Ware, Abbi Kincaid, Avery Kincaid and Penelope Kincaid, all of Fort Walton Beach and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 31, 2019, at Lanett First United Methodist Church in Lanett with Rev. David Bradshaw officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. EDT with the service beginning at 2 p.m.
