LANETT — The Springwood softball team lost to Northside 11-6 on Tuesday afternoon. 

Springwood carried a 2-1 lead into the third inning before Northside scored two runs at the top of the next frame. Before the end of the inning, 

Northside scored again on a sacrifice single to increase the lead to 4-2.

Springwood returns home next  Monday to host Autuaga for a doubleheader. 

The first pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. EDT.
