Arrest reports ending April 11

Sheriff’s reports

LaFAYETTE — Five people were arrested in Chambers County on Wednesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Dillon  M. Presley, 21, of Valley has been charged with a probation violation;

Mandie C. Smith, 43, of LaFayette has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia;

Kimberly R. Burdette, 39, of Salem, Ala. has been charged with a probation violation, failure to pay – negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument (bad check) and failure to pay – harassing communications;

Corderra M. Todd, 31, of LaFayette has been charged with FTA – driving with a revoked license, and

Christopher A. Morris, 23, of Auburn, Ala. has been charged with FTA – speeding.

There were 155 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Thursday morning.

Lanett reports

LANETT — Two people were arrested in Lanett on Wednesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Paul T. Riley, 44, of Lanett has been charged with public intoxication, and

Delarick Jakeven St. George, 32, of Lanett has been charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, fourth degree, were reported on the 1500 block of North 6th Avenue, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 1400 block of South Gilmer Avenue, harassment was reported on the 400 block of North Gilmer Avenue, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 2300 block of South Broad Avenue.
