LANETT — Twelve people were arrested in Lanett over the weekend. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Keonte Dontavious Stringer, 24, of Valley has been charged with three counts of failure to appear in court to answer a traffic-related charge;

Harold Richard Folds, 32, of Lanett has been charged with being a fugitive from justice;

Gogi Shenell Jones, 50, of Lanett has been charged with giving false information to law enforcement;

Patricia Johnson Hutchinson, 60, of Lanett has been charged with DUI;

Keenan Acres, 20, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance;

Eric Maurice Hicks, 43, of Lanett has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;

Norris Walker, 43, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

Christopher Shane Colley, 37, of Valley has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Timothy Jason Smith, 40, of Opelika, Ala. has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;

Rodney Matthew Vines, 43, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

Robert Duane Bailey, 43, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

Delarick Jakeven St. George, 32, of Lanett has been charged with disorderly conduct.

Sheriff’s reports

LaFAYETTE — Four people were arrested in Chambers County over the weekend. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Rodney Matthew Vines, 43, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay child support;

Janie Lee Sanders, 41, of Five Points has been charged with receiving stolen property, first degree, and attempting to elude a law enforcement officer;

Wayne Floyd, 57, of Valley has been charged with failure to pay child support, and

Marcus Dwayne Trammell, 31, of LaFayette has been charged with a probation violation – possession of a controlled substance.

There were 163 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Monday morning.

Valley reports

VALLEY — One person was arrested in Valley over the weekend. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Robert Bailey. 43, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — Three people were arrested in West Point over the weekend. According to West Point Police Department reports,

Takeshi Davidson of West Point has been charged with DUI;

Mekisha Darden of Lanett has been charged with burglary and theft by shoplifting, and

Scotty Reed of Lanett has been charged with criminal trespassing on West 3rd Avenue.

In a weekend incident being investigated by West Point officers, theft by taking was reported on Abbey Glen Lane.
