Mr. Harlin Williams, 87, of Cusseta, died on June 21 at the Bethany House Hospice.

Williams was born in Chambers County on March 1, 1932, to the late Steve Williams and the late

Vesteria Rebecca Gillenwaters Williams, he was a retired self-employed logger and farmer.

Funeral services were held on June 23 at 2 p.m. at Jeff Jones Funeral Home with the burial following at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Lanett, with the Rev. Chuck Goodwin officiating.

Visitation was held on Sunday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. prior to the service.

He is survived by his daughter Sandra (Danny) Kenderick, of Five Points; brother Norman (Joette) Williams of LaFayette; grandson Mike (Sandy) Cox, of Cusseta; great-grandson Brandon (Shayna) Cox, of Cusseta; great-great-granddaughter Ella Kate Cox, of Cusseta.  He was preceded in death by his parents and 10 brothers and sisters.
