Ms. Lottie Mae Hugley, 81, of Panama City, Florida, formerly of LaFayette, passed away on June 10 at Kingwood Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

Funeral Services will be held on June 15 at 11 a.m. CDT at Friendship Baptist Church No. 2 in LaFayette, the Rev. Curtis Spidell, Pastor; Officiating; the Rev. David Rosier, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Hugley is survived by two daughters, Evon Angie Armagon, of Houston, Texas and Gennette Ann Walker, of Panama City, Florida; one son, David Hughley, of Panama City, Florida; four sisters, Mary L. Thomas, of Waverly,  Erma Jones, Carolyn Garmony and Brenda Phillips, all of Chattanooga, Tennessee; one brother, Willie James Hugley, of Chattanooga, Tennessee; ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren,  special caregiver and godsister, Marva Anderson, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
