Valley reports

Christopher Short, 21, of Valley, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;

Daniel Tomlinson, 34, of LaFayette, was charged with failure to pay;

Zalondra Burton, 24, of Opelika, was charged with failure to pay;

Second-degree criminal mischief and utility diversion was reported in the 1200 block of County Road 271;

Third-degree burglary and fourth-degree theft of property were reported in the 2100 block of Lantuck Rd.;

Third-degree burglary and fourth-degree theft of property were reported in the 1110 block of Myhand St.;

Third-degree criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Sportsplex Dr.

Fourth-degree theft of property and second-degree criminal mischief were reported in the 3400 block U.S. Hwy 29;

Third-degree theft of property was reported in the. 4800 block of 48th St.

West Point reports

Christopher Driver, of Verbena, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects;  

Aggravated assault was reported on W 13th St.;

Theft by shoplifting was reported on Hwy 18;

Criminal damage to property was reported on W 9th St.

Joanna Smith, 34, was charged with third-degree domestic violence;

Bobby James Berry, 38, was charged with third-degree domestic violence;
