Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and a third-degree theft of property were reported in the 500 block of US Highway 29;

Third-degree criminal mischief was reported in the 4600 block of 20th Ave; 

Fraudulent use debit card and third-degree theft of property was reported in the 1400 block of US Hwy 29;

Found property was reported in the 3500 block of 20th Ave.

Zaquarria Vonshae Yarbrough, 26, of Lanett, was charged with second-degree bail jumping;

Brenda Louise Finley, 52, of LaFayette, was charged with probation violation;

Second-degree assault was reported in the 800 block of 20th St Sw;

Harassment was reported in the 400 block of N Gilmer Ave;

Fourth-degree theft of property was reported in the 2800 block of Phillips Rd;

Theft of property (motor vehicle), second-degree theft of property and fraudulent use of credit/debit card were reported in the 1500 block of 21st Ave SW.

West Point reports

Jeffrey Davidson, of West Point, was charged with criminal damage to property; 

Christopher Driver, of Verbena, was charged with possession of methamphetamines;

Temiko Reed, of West Point, was charged with driving without a valid license;

Bridgett Gillam,  of West Point, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid license;

Martavious Brown, of Shorter, was charged with driving while license suspended, and open container of alcoholic beverage;

Jarquis Moss, of Montgomery, was charged with possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana with intent to sell;  

Burglary was reported on Ave I;

Aggravated assault was reported on E 12th st;

Property damage was reported on W 8th St;

Bridget Gillam, of West Point, was charged with DUI alcohol and driving without a license.
