Police reports for period ending June 28

Valley reports

Edmour Joseph Dubuc, 61, of Valley, was charged with theft of property fourth-degree and criminal mischief third-degree;

Thomas Lee Bradford, 56, of Valley, was charged with theft of property fourth-degree;

Asa Roberto Davis, 38, of Valley, was charged with bail jumping second-degree; and

Maxon Hartley was charged with harassment.

Valley officers are reviewing incidents of criminal mischief second-degree in the 100 block of Truitt Street, criminal mischief second-degree in the 100 block of Mindy Lane, theft of property fourth-degree in the 3500 block of 20th Avenue and harassing communications in the 2300 block of Coumbus Road.

Lanett reports

Jamarkus Mackey, 27, of Lafayette, was charged with failing to appear for traffic and bail jumping second degree;

Arthur Atkinson, 31, of West Point, was charged with bail jumping second-degree; and

Quintavious Bailey, 27, of Lanett, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Lanett officers are reviewing incidents of theft of property third-degree in the 1800 block of 16th Avenue SW and burglary third-degree and theft of property fourth-degree in the 200 block of South 19th Street.

West Point reports

West Point officers are reviewing incidents of theft by deception on 3rd Avenue and property damage on West 9th Street. 

Sheriff’s office reports

Robert Lee Folds, 52, of Lanett, was charged with harassment.
