Third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft of property were reported in the 200 block of Scott St;

Failure to pay for gasoline was reported in the 3500 block of 20th Ave;

James Richard Burton, 54, of Valley, was charged with driving under the influence;

Christina Prather Williams, 38, of Lanett, was charged with first-degree theft of property;

Alvinza Fred Schofell, 79, of Valley, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass;

Thomas Clinton Clem, 53, of Columbus, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

Lanett reports

Joseph Raymond Floyd, 38, of Lanett, was charged with second-degree bail jumping;

James Matthew Floyd, 37, of Lanett, was charged with second-degree bail jumping;

Ahsha Shani Torregano, 31, of Lanett, was charged with giving false identification to law enforcement officer and probation violation;

Stella Lane Ennis, 57, of Columbus, was charged with second-degree bail jumping;

Anthony Bailey, 51, of Lanett, was charged with driving under the influence – alcohol; 

Fourth-degree theft of property and first-degree criminal mischief were reported in the 600 block of Cherry Valley Shopping Center;

Third-degree domestic violence was reported in 1300 block of 29th Ave SW;

Identity theft was reported in the 1300 block of County Rd 213;

Third-degree domestic violence was reported in the 400 block of N Lanier Ave.
