Sidney B. Johnson, 45, of Opelika, was charged with possession of a pistol without permit, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia;

Karen M. Morgan, 48, of LaGrange, was charged with driving under the influence and second-degree possession of marijuana.
