Valley reports

Jeremy Wayne Duke, 33, of Lanett, was charged with fourth-degree theft of property;

Lacey Marie Bradshaw, 43, of Cusseta, was charged with second-degree bail jumping (failure to pay- handicapped parking violation);

Second-degree theft of property and third-degree criminal trespass were reported in the 7600 block of School St;

Fourth-degree theft of property was reported in the 1000 block of Alewine Dr;

Second-degree assault was reported in the 800 block of Denna Dr.

Lanett reports

Anquenett L. Thornton, 26, of Lanett, was charged with third-degree assault;

Brandon D. Carwell, 27, of Lanett, was charged with failing to appear (traffic);

Rodney Q. Malone, 33, of Lanett, was charged with harassment;

Jaquavion Jackson, 20, of Lanett, was charged with second-degree burglary and attempting to elude a police officer;

Third-degree domestic violence and harassing communications were reported in the 6000 block of 16th St. SW;

Harassment was reported in the 2000 block of Magnolia Rd.;

Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft were reported in the 800 block of Veterans Memorial Pkwy.

Sheriff’s office reports

Antonio J. Brown, 24, of Troy, was charged with attempting to elude and second-degree possession of marijuana;

Glenda D. Hallman, 50, of LaFayette, was charged with public intoxication, second-degree promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of controlled substances

unlawful possession of prescription drugs;

Jeremy W. Duke, 34, of Valley, was charged with two counts of failure to appear – unlawful possession of controlled substances and failure to appear – possession of drug paraphernalia;

John L. Finley, 57, of Alexander City, was charged with failure to pay – child support;

Lindsey Brooks, 63, of LaFayette, was charged with second-degree failure to pay – possession of marijuana;

Danny E. Loveless, 53, of Five Points, was charged with driving under the influence – controlled substance and reckless endangerment;

Roy R. Fawley Jr., 56, of Lanett, was charged with negotiating worthless negotiable instrument;

Curteze E. Avery, 25, of LaFayette, was charged with failure to pay – attempting to elude.
