Mr. Este Spence, III, 67, of LaFayette, passed away on Aug. 15 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.

Funeral Services will be held on Aug. 21 at 1 p.m. CDT at Sword of the Spirit Ministry in Roanoke, pastor J. Burnett Jackson; officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Baptist Church No. 2 Cemetery in LaFayette (Buffalo Community).

Mr. Spence is survived by his children, Dessiree Green, of LaFayette, Pamela (Truelane) Bailey, of Valley, Burnita Heard, of Lanett and Shavario Brooks, of Valley; two brothers, Marshall Spence and John Spence, both of LaFayette; three sisters, Sadie Seymore, of Bronx, New York, Mary (Rev. J. Burnett) Jackson of LaFayette and Jariland Spence (Warren) Williams, of Minneapolis, Minnesota; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
