Mrs. Louise Bollinger Smith, 85, of Valley, passed away Aug. 25 at the Hospice of Northeast Georgia in Braselton, Georgia. Funeral services will be held on Aug. 28 at 11 a.m. EDT from Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Langdale Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:30 until 8 p.m. EDT at the funeral home.
