Mrs. Catherine Carr, 90, of Camp Hill, passed away on Sept. 6 at Russell Medical Center in Alexander City.

Funeral services will be held on Sept. 13 at 1 p.m. CDT at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Waverly, the Rev. Corey Huguley, Pastor; Officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Carr is survived by her children, the Rev. Terry (Olinda) Carr and Frank Carr, both of Dadeville, James (Matilda) Carr, of Loachapoka, Fannie Carr and Kathleen Jefferson, both of Camp Hill, and Louise Brown of Amityville, New York; 22 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; a son-in-law, James Jackson; special friends, Betty Ponds, Bobby J. Bickerstaff, Tammy Simpson and David Hughley; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
