REHOBETH — The Valley Rams (5-3, 4-1) fell to Rehobeth (6-2, 4-2) 12-7 on Friday night. The result marked Valley’s first 5A Region 2 loss this season.

The Rams, who have already clinched a playoff berth, end region play next Friday night at home against Charles Henderson (4-3, 4-1). The matchup also marks the final home game of the regular season for Valley and its seniors.

Charles Henderson is coming off of a 27-0 shutout win over region-opponent Tallassee on Friday night.

Valley’s loss on Friday night drops the Rams’ road record to 2-2, while the home record stands at 3-1 heading into next week. 

In 2018, Valley defeated Charles Henderson 26-20.
