Funeral service for Mr. Ronald Brown, 57, of Lanett will be Monday, March 9, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. E.S.T. at O. H. Ministries, 4128 Veterans Memorial, Lanett. Officiating will be Dr. Bertha Hodge, pastor and Pastor Mamie Pennington, Eulogist. Interment will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery, Lanett.

There will be no public viewing Sunday, March 8. Mr. Brown will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to service.

Mr. Ronald Curtis Brown was born Louise Hawkins and Bertrand C. Brown on January 2, 1963, in San Bernardino, California.

He graduated From Booker T. Washington High School, Atlanta Georgia. Ronald was employed at Troup County Correctional Institution Facility, LaGrange, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Brown leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife, Angela Brown, Lanett; sons, Christopher Brown, Atlanta, Georgia, Brandon Gilder, Valley, Jerrionda Lloyd and Anderlerious Lloyd both of Lanett; daughter, Alexis (Anthony) Carwell, Lanett; stepfather, Carroll Hawkins, West Point, Georgia; brother, Bruce T. Brown, Atlanta, Georgia; sister-in-law, Kimberly (Charles) Story, Lanett; seven grandchildren; special friend, Maceo Brayboy; his caregiver, Kenlyler Washington; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts.
