Mobis donating masks to EAMC, Troup EMA

MOBIS Alabama is donating face masks to East Alabama Medical Center in Valley and the Troup County Emergency Management Agency.

The company announced in a press release Thursday that EAMC will receive 2,000 masks and the Troup County EMA will receive 5,000.

“Many in our community are suffering from this pandemic, and we deeply appreciate the healthcare workers, first responders, and volunteers who are bravely serving on the front lines to help those who have been affected.

We want to do what we can to support them and help them perform their jobs safely. We know the EMA will deliver these resources to wherever they are most needed,” said Thomas Treadwell, Mobis’s General Counsel in a press release.

MOBIS also donated 10,000 masks to the Montgomery County Emergency Management Agency on Thursday.

Mobis Alabama, LLC is headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama, and has an additional facility in West Point, Georgia. It was established in 2002 as a Tier 1 supplier to Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama, LLC and Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, Inc.
