Mrs. Natarsha McCauley Hicks, a resident of Lanett, died Friday, March 27, 2020, at East Alabama Medical Center, Opelika.
Graveside Services on April 2, 2020, will be officiated by Bishop Donald Lancaster.
Davis Memorial Mortuary directing. There will no public viewing.
Her survivors include: her loving husband, Paul Hicks, one daughter, Shanece A. McCauley, one son, KeShawn J. Hicks, and one granddaughter, Taniya Stanford all of Lanett; four sisters, Cassandra Matthews, Phenix City, Gladys McCauley, Lanett, Constance Portillo, Lawrenceville, Georgia and Diane Dowell, Lanett; two brothers, Ossie McCauley III (Lisa) and Telly McCauley both of Lanett, AL; two step-daughters, Miracle Williams (LaFranco), LaGrange, Georgia and Britney Lovelace, Peachtree City, Georgia; a very special aunt, Vera Nickerson (Lorenzo), Lanett; mother-in-law, Juanita Hicks, Lanett; one brother-in-law, Willie B.Hicks (Mary), Valley; four sisters-in-law, Pastor Bertha Hicks Hodge, Cusseta, Geraldine Lee (Carl), West Point, Georgia, Paula Little (Donald), Talladega and Elnora Copeland (Kenneth), Valley; a dear cousin, Deborah Stringer (Frank), Lanett; two step-sisters, Toni Gilliam (Tommy) and Germaine Henderson both of West Point, GA; four uncles; and, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including a close family friend, Jamarious Stanford and three special friends, Joyce Thomas, Lanett, Linda Calloway and Brenda Dunn both of LaFayette.
Due to this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, in compliance with the State Health Order, funerals and visitation services are limited to 10 in-person gatherings. The family extends heartfelt thanks to their many family members and friends for the many acts of kindness and condolences shown during this time of bereavement.
