Mrs. Lottie Glaze-Ferrell, age 83 died Saturday, May 30, 2020, at Southwest Christian Care in Union City, Georgia.

Mrs.  Ferrell was the daughter of the late Lottie and Henry Glaze, Sr. A native of Chambers County, she graduated from Lanier High School and she attended Tuskegee Institute. Mrs. Ferrell was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church. “Sis” as she was fondly called, was an Entrepreneur and she operated several Businesses during her lifetime.

Fond memories will be cherished by her daughter, Winona (Hare) Varnon; stepdaughter, Mrs. Connie (Harold) Harris; three sons, Rodney Harris, Timothy Ferrell and Spencer Ferrell; a brother, Jimmy (Linda) Glaze; a sister, Rosa (John) Bonner; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, church members, friends and other relatives. 

Mrs. Ferrell was in addition to her parents preceded in death by her eldest son, Michael Harris and her older brother, Henry Glaze, Jr.

Graveside services for Mrs. Ferrell will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020, at 1 p.m. EST at Pine Hill Cemetery in Lanett. The Rev. Dr. Frederick James will officiate.

Viewing for Mrs. Ferrell will be held on Friday, June 5, 2020, from 4 until 7 p.m. at West Georgia Mortuary.
